Razor bumps are what happens when a shaved hair — with its freshly sharpened tip — re-enters the skin and your body treats it as a foreign object. Coarse and curly hair gets it worst, which is why this has been a serious, badly-served problem for a very long time.

Alcohol-heavy treatments dry the skin, which produces more dead cells, which blocks more follicles. The treatment feeds the problem. Ours doesn't — it's anhydrous and alcohol-free, so it won't sting on a fresh shave.
